Responsibilities
Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, seasoning, and preparing sauces according to established recipes and standards
Execute day-of-event culinary tasks including grilling, sautéing, frying, searing, plating, and finishing dishes under the direction of the Lead Event Chef
Follow standardized recipes and production timelines to ensure consistency and quality across venues and off-premise events
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout event execution
Comply with all food handling, sanitation, and safety requirements, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and temperature control
Set up, stock, and break down event kitchens and stations as needed
Adapt to varied kitchen environments across all Peachtree properties and off-site locations
Communicate clearly and professionally with the Lead Event Chef, Executive Chef, and team members to ensure alignment and prevent errors
Support fellow culinary and operations team members to achieve seamless event execution
Maintain a positive, composed, and solution-oriented attitude in high-pressure environments
