Cornerstone Physical Therapy is an independently owned practice that has served Colorado Springs for more than 20 years. We are looking for a Physical Therapist who values individualized care and wants to continue growing through mentorship, collaboration, and advanced clinical training.

Clinical growth opportunities
Depending on your interests, you can gain experience and training in:
- Orthopedic rehabilitation and advanced manual therapy
- Dry needling, shockwave therapy, and diagnostic ultrasound
- Vestibular rehabilitation, BPPV, concussion, and vision assessment
- Neurological rehabilitation, balance, headache, and TMJ treatment
- Women’s Pelvic Health
You are not expected to arrive with experience in all these areas. We are looking for curiosity, strong clinical reasoning, and a desire to keep learning.
Compensation and benefits
- Salary: $85,000–$105,000 based on relevant skills and experience
- Profit-sharing eligibility after one year
