We are a small from scratch kitchen looking for a team member for full time or part time that is self motivated, responsible to work solo, has a basic knowledge of cooking and prepping food, and is punctual. Willing to train if you have the interest and passion. Our menu and operation is intentionally simple to execute. No fryer, no grill, relaxed environment!

The responsibilities of this position are:
- Opening and / or closing of the kitchen
- Prep food items following recipes for consistency
- Make and plate customer orders in a timely manner following builds for consistency
- Follow checklists (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) to complete tasks of the position
- Receive, stock and organize products and ingredients
- Ongoing assistance with menu development and creation of new items and specials

Business hours are Monday - Thursday 3pm to 10pm, Friday and Saturday 11am to 12am and Sunday Noon to 8pm . Kitchen closes one hour early from business hours.
