As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will work closely with our senior-level sales and Entry Level Sales Associate teams to gain hands-on experience in executing field sales, expanding client territory, and driving sales metrics. Our firm works with some of the world’s leading brands in the telecommunications industry, and we are tasked to expand our customer base through educational & genuine face-to-face engagements. What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Sales Associate:
- Meet with local customers face to face to educate them on our clients’ services and products
- Develop customer relationships by providing world-class service and guiding customers through the enrollment process
- Report & analyze customer interactions and review with the Entry Level Sales Associate team to improve the customer experience
- Attend daily training sessions with the Entry Level Sales Associate team and senior leaders to refine leadership, communication, and sales strategies
- Adapt on the spot to address and resolve any customer issues, concerns, or questions
- Proactively identify opportunities to drive sales, boost engagement, and help customers succeed

Entry Level Sales Associate Overview:
This position is a full-time employment position in Portland, OR. This position is Monday-Saturday, with an average of 40 hours per week working in an in-person, customer service-focused role with customers.
- Pay: $70-$200 per order. On average, a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.
- Monthly Pay: Average of $5,000 to $6,000 monthly off of commission
- Clients & Products: We work with wireless services, promoting and signing up new customers for AT&T.
