Sushi Cook
We are seeking a skilled sushi cook to join our culinary team. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and a passion for quality ingredients and presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi, and other menu items to spec
- Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Ensure proper handling and storage of seafood
- Assist with prep and inventory for sushi station
- Maintain speed and consistency during service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous sushi experience required
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of fish handling and sushi rice preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
