Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician (and Installers) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC systems, equipment repair, and property maintenance.
Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units including electronic and mechanical components
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems
- Collaborate with contractors and other team members on installations and repairs
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations
Experience:
- Mechanical knowledge
- Experience in maintaining HVAC systems
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems
- Proficiency in equipment repair
- Previous work as a service technician in HVAC/R industry
- Ability to plumb and design HVAC systems
- Experience in property maintenance
