Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in nursing.

A current, valid license to practice as a nurse in Illinois.

2 years or more experience in a long-term care facility.

Previous experience in an MDS Coordinator role.

Excellent communication and organization skills.
