We’re looking for a full-time barista to join our team at Idea Coffee! This role is ideal for someone who’s friendly, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Barista experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
Responsibilities:

Make coffee, espresso drinks, and teas to order.

Take customer orders on a POS system and handle payments.

Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized.

Prepare small food dishes such as sandwiches and heating pastries.

Help with prep, dishes, and restocking as needed.

Work well with the team and communicate clearly.

Open or close the shop depending on the shift.
Requirements:

Positive attitude and good communication skills.

Ability to multitask and stay calm during rushes.

Available to work weekends and flexible with schedule.

Barista or food service experience preferred.

Hours:

Averaging 30 hours a week.

Open and close shifts.

Store Hours T-F 7am-3pm, Sat 7am-4pm, Sun 8am-4pm.
