Bee Well Botanicals is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team and create an exceptional shopping experience every day.
If you're someone who enjoys leading by example, coaching others, solving problems, and staying busy in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to meet you.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside the Store Manager to keep the store running smoothly while helping customers discover products that improve their everyday wellness.
- Lead and support the sales floor throughout each shift
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable customer experiences
- Coach and motivate team members in real time
- Help train new employees and reinforce company standards
- Assist with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily operations
- Ensure the store stays clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Support sales goals by educating customers and recommending products
- Communicate effectively with the Store Manager regarding store operations, customer concerns, and team performance
- Help create a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
- Has previous retail leadership or supervisory experience
- Enjoys coaching and developing others
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is dependable, organized, and takes initiative
- Can make sound decisions while maintaining company standards
- Is comfortable learning new technology and point-of-sale systems
- Has a passion for wellness, retail, or helping people (a plus, but not required)
