Location: Jacksonville, FL
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: $2800-3000/week
Schedule: 8-Hour Days (Note: No mention of rotation or variable shifts, so standard schedule applies)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a PT
- Minimum 6 months experience in Home Health
- Valid Physical Therapist license (must be active in Florida or willing to obtain licensure)
