How You'll Make an Impact
The Product Designer will contribute to the design of intuitive, user-centered experiences across Epsilon's growing suite of internal and client-facing platforms. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and other designers, you'll help translate user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements into thoughtful and effective solutions. You'll apply established UX methodologies to solve problems of moderate scope, balancing user experience, business value, and implementation considerations while contributing to a collaborative, design-forward culture.

What You'll Achieve

Apply user-centered design principles to create useful, usable, and desirable digital experiences across web-based products and platforms.

Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and other design artifacts that communicate design intent effectively.

Conduct and synthesize user research using a variety of established methodologies, including interviews, usability testing, competitive analysis, journey mapping, and market research.

Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of multiple factors and perspectives.

Exercise judgment within established design practices, processes, and guidelines to determine appropriate solutions and recommendations.

Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to define requirements, align on priorities, and deliver high-quality user experiences.

Contribute to and help evolve CORE UI, Epsilon's enterprise design system, while ensuring designs meet accessibility and WCAG standards.

Participate in usability testing activities and incorporate findings into iterative design improvements.

Build productive working relationships across teams and functions to support successful product outcomes.

Stay current with emerging UX practices, tools, technologies, and industry trends to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
Who You Are – What You'll Bring With You

Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

2+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related discipline.

Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and other UX deliverables.

Understanding of user-centered design principles, research methodologies, and usability best practices.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Working knowledge of visual design principles and interaction design patterns.

Familiarity with modern web technologies and how design decisions impact implementation, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Portfolio demonstrating a thoughtful design process and strong user-centered solutions.
