Professional, personable and organized sales help for Wales Crossing Luxury Apartment Homes in North Canton, OH, 44720.
Hours required are Monday thru Friday from 9am-5pm, with temporary rotational Saturdays.
Some tasks & responsibilities include greeting customers, selling the features and benefits of the apartments & community, processing rental applications, correctly completing move in paperwork, entering data into computer for accurate record keeping and assisting the Property Manager with daily projects as assigned. Must be a self starter that requires little supervision. Good computer skills are required and a business or customer service background preferred.

Licensed Realtors would need to escrow their realtor license to be considered for employment.
Compensation: Hourly compensation with additional leasing bonus on all new move ins. We pay 75% of the health insurance premium for our employees. We also offer affordable dental & vision coverage with optional life and/or disability insurance, all offered after 90 days of employment. 8 Paid Holidays after 90 days & accrued Paid time off. Also after 1 year eligible to participate in 401K program, detailed info on our benefits made available at time of hire.
