Position Overview
Flourish Health is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Account Executive to develop relationships with specialty providers, healthcare systems, and referral partners throughout an assigned territory. This individual will work closely with specialists across gastroenterology, neurology, rheumatology, immunology, dermatology, and other therapeutic areas involving a curated portfolio of infused and injectable biologic therapies and AICs as the preferred site of care.
This is a field-based sales and account service role focused on introducing providers to the most effective medications available and the benefits of patient access to high-quality ambulatory infusion services. The ideal candidate understands specialty healthcare, the pharmaceuticals associated with complex therapies, provider referral processes, and the steps required to move a patient from referral through authorization and treatment.
This position does not involve selling or promoting medications. However, candidates with experience in pharmaceutical, biologic, specialty pharmacy, infusion, or specialty medical sales will be strongly positioned for success as performance and compensation will be measured on the basis of the providers adaptability of treatments through referrals to our centers.

- Represent Flourish at healthcare events, conferences, and community networking opportunities.
Qualifications

- Understanding of provider referral workflows, patient access, prior authorization, reimbursement, or site-of-care considerations.
- Proven ability to develop new accounts and build long-term professional relationships.
- Strong presentation, communication, organization, and account management skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, life sciences, marketing, or a related field preferred.
