Job Description
General Summary of Job
- Preparation, distribution, and charting of all feeding activity.
- Administration and charting of all medications.
- Performing add-on services purchased by clients.
- Cleaning and maintenance of building facilities and surrounding grounds.
- Performing and documenting health checks of all incoming guests.
- Gathering and documenting all belongings for departing dogs.
This position will have rotating duties as assigned daily and will report to the Resort Manager.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED preferred.
- Understanding of canine language preferred.
- Be able to withstand most climate conditions, but no extreme climate conditions.
- Be able to stand long periods of time.
- Ability to work with all dog breeds.
- Good oral communication skills.
- Previous work experience in the animal care industry demonstrating dependability.
- Self-motivated, independent worker, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Proven ability to follow instructions and learn new things
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
