Role Description
This is a full or part-time hybrid role for a Licensed Therapist (LCMHC, LMFT) based in the Fayetteville, North Carolina, Metropolitan Area, with opportunities for remote work. The therapist will provide counseling services to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families. Daily responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with other team members. The therapist will utilize evidence-based practices to address mental health challenges, facilitate client growth, and support overall wellness. Participating in ongoing professional development and contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture is also expected.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in North Carolina
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual, couple, and family therapy
- Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR
- Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in a timely manner
- Commitment to professional ethics, cultural competence, and trauma-informed care
- Flexibility to provide therapy in both in-person and virtual settings
- Experience or interest in working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+, military families, or individuals from various cultural backgrounds
- Master’s degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
