We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team at Pickersgill Retirement Community (pickersgillretirement.org) (https://pickersgillretirement.org/) in Baltimore, Maryland.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled therapy services that improve mobility, strength, safety, balance, and independence
- Monitor patient progress, update treatment plans, and clearly communicate patient status
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Help create a rehab program that patients, families, and facilities trust
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland (or soon to be licensed!)
- Strong evaluation and clinical reasoning skills
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Commitment to teamwork and clinical excellence
Compensation
- $40–$50+ per hour (Based on experience and qualifications)
