Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and creating positive customer experiences? ARRL, The National Association for Amateur Radio, is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Member Services Representative to serve as a key point of contact for our members and customers. In this role, you'll assist with membership inquiries, process orders and applications, maintain accurate member records, and provide outstanding service across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
As part of our Member Services team, you'll play an important role in supporting member engagement, promoting ARRL programs and membership benefits, and ensuring our members receive the exceptional service they deserve.
