Job Description:
Genesis Private Label is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Printing and Production Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of order production and fulfillment, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality products with efficiency and accuracy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Printing and Labeling: Operate UV printers to print directly onto packaging as well as generate and apply labels to packaging, ensuring precision and adherence to brand specifications.
- Order Fulfillment: Assemble and fulfill orders and ensure products are ready for shipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products and labels for accuracy and quality prior to packing.
- Packing and Shipping: Carefully pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring they are securely packaged and labeled correctly.
- Accuracy Checks: Review orders for completeness and correctness, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- Related tasks as required.
Key Attributes:
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Preferred Experience: A background in order production and/or working with printing and labeling equipment. Experience with and working knowledge of Roland brand printers, specifically LF-540 and LEF2-200 models, a very big plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Competency with computer applications and production software. Experience with Adobe Illustrator a very big plus.
- Collaborative Work Style: A team player with a positive attitude, ready to contribute to a small, tight-knit team.
- Enthusiasm: Passionate about quality and eager to be part of a growing, entrepreneurial company.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
Abilities:
- Previous print production experience strongly preferred.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to physically operate in a warehouse environment (use of pallet jack, packing and stacking boxes, etc.)
