Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

As a member of our front office team, you will often be the first and last point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate is warm and welcoming, organized, comfortable multitasking, and able to provide excellent customer service while helping keep the day running smoothly.
Dental office experience is preferred, and familiarity with dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming, positive experience from the moment they arrive
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist patients with questions and scheduling needs
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments while helping maintain an efficient and productive schedule
- Complete patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Collect and update patient information and ensure records are complete and accurate
- Verify dental insurance benefits and help patients understand their estimated financial responsibility
- Collect patient payments and accurately enter transactions
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding appointments, treatment, insurance, and financial arrangements
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements
- Work closely with dentists, hygienists, assistants, and other front office team members to keep the office running smoothly
- Assist with general administrative duties, including records, forms, scanning, filing, and data entry
- Help maintain an organized and professional front office environment
Qualifications

- Can confidently multitask in a busy dental office
- Has strong computer and data-entry skills
- Communicates professionally both in person and over the phone

- Is comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Understands the importance of patient privacy and confidentiality
Previous dental or medical front office experience is preferred. Experience with dental scheduling, insurance verification, patient billing, and Eaglesoft is especially helpful.
