We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to join our team in Dallas, OR. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with caregiving and dementia support experience to make a real difference in a supportive, home-like setting.
Position Details:
- Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Weekend shifts)
- Start Date: Immediate
- Location: Dallas, OR
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Manage medication administration and maintain accurate documentation.
- Prepare nutritious meals and keep a clean, comfortable home environment.
- Implement dementia care strategies and behavioral redirection techniques.
- Conduct safety checks and provide overnight assistance with toileting.
- Maintain a manageable resident-to-caregiver ratio of 5:1.
Requirements:
- Proven reliability, empathy, and a strong work ethic.
- Experience in a care home or memory care setting is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a dedicated team.
