About the Role
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a vital role in the production of high-precision medical components that directly impact patient outcomes. Responsibilities-
Configure and operate CNC and manual production equipment to meet rigorous manufacturing specifications.

Manage multiple machine stations simultaneously to optimize throughput while maintaining strict quality standards.

Utilize precision measurement tools to verify component dimensions and ensure compliance with technical requirements.

Perform proactive tooling adjustments to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.

Qualifications-
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Foundational experience operating machining equipment for component production.

Proficiency in shop math and the ability to interpret technical blueprints.

Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for precise assembly tasks.

Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing or medical device environment.
