Job Summary
TLB Logistics LLC is hiring a motivated Box Truck Helper / Appliance Installer in Gibbon, NE. This is a physically active position assisting with appliance delivery and installation in residential homes and multi-family buildings.
Ideal candidates have experience in moving, warehouse work, construction, or appliance installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist driver with loading and unloading appliances
- Deliver appliances into residential homes and apartment buildings
- Perform stair carries and maneuver heavy items safely
- Assist with washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, and range installations
- Remove packaging and debris from customer homes
- Maintain professional customer service standards
- Secure merchandise safely inside truck
Helper Requirements
- Ability to lift 75–150 lbs with assistance
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Reliable transportation to reporting location
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Compensation & Benefits
- $750 per week

Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 6:00 AM start time
- Route completion-based schedule
