REQUIRED
o A master’s degree (preferred), or 5-year Architectural Engineering degree
o Strong background in seismic design of nonstructural components per ASCE Chapter 13 and HCAI CBC Chapter A
o 2 to 5 years of professional engineering experience
o Excellent verbal and written skills
DESIRED
o Solid analytical and detailing skills
o Skill using 3D modeling programs such as Revit, AutoCAD 3D and Navisworks
o Experience in construction administration
o Familiarity with OPDs and OSPs for HCAI projects
o Professional registration a plus

We are hiring a Structural Designer with 2+ years of relevant experience to join our Building Systems Engineering group. In this role, you will be involved with designing supports for architectural features and components, seismic anchorage and bracing of equipment, structural evaluation, and retrofit design.
