Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. Looking for someone who is self motivated. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and assisting with menu selections. Position also requires carryout and drive thru service to guests. Pay is base $7.50 after training plus even share of tip pool.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure excellent guest relations.
- Maintain knowledge of restaurant policies, procedures, and menu offerings.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest experiences.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
