We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide outpatient primary care services for underserved patient populations in Hawthorne.
Responsibilities
-
Provide outpatient family medicine and primary care services
-
Manage approximately 20 to 22 patients per day
-
Deliver culturally sensitive care to low-income, uninsured and underserved communities
-
Work with a multidisciplinary team supporting primary care patients
-
Work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Qualifications
-
Currently completing residency, board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine

Outpatient primary care experience preferred

Ability to work onsite in Hawthorne

Mission-driven approach to serving underserved patient populations

Interest in working with a Federally Qualified Health Center patient population
