We are currently hiring for Team Member & Cashier position:
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer.
- Communicate customer requests to management.
- Maintain orderly appearance of register area and supplies stocked.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate with associates and customers
- Must be able to work in any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale/cash register.
- Provide exceptional customer service and willingness to learn the Charleys system.
- Ability to use general restaurant equipment (e.g. warmer, fryer, slicer, grill, etc.).
- The position also requires bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Be able to learn the menu (proper ingredients, portion size, and presentation).
- Work well in a team environment and understand that each position depends on the other.
