Alay Home Care is urgently hiring BCBAs to support individuals with developmental disabilities across New Jersey.

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
Supervise and support RBTs in the field
Train caregivers and staff
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans
Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA services
Active BCBA certification (REQUIRED)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Minimum 1 year experience with developmental disabilities
Experience in behavioral assessment and plan development
Valid CPR/First Aid certification
