Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial construction projects in the Denver area. This role is responsible for managing all on-site construction activities while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily field operations from site work through project completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, field crews, and project teams
- Manage schedules, budgets, and project costs
- Lead jobsite safety meetings and maintain OSHA compliance
- Prepare daily reports, RFIs, quality documentation, and project records
- Monitor project quality and manage punch lists and closeout
- Maintain strong communication with project managers, owners, and subcontractors
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
- Ground-up commercial construction experience preferred
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Experience managing schedules, budgets, safety, RFIs, and project documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Procore experience is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
