The Esthetician administers professional facial and body waxing, brow lamination, lash lift, brow and lash tint. Ideally, we are looking for esthetician that specializes in the waxing, brow, and lash services. They must possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train in our spa’s specific facial treatment offerings. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness and beauty solutions to meet the needs of our guests. They must hold and maintain a current state license.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Demonstrate empathetic, welcoming, and warm attitude to guests.
- Effectively inform and educate our guests about specific wellness concerns.
· Candidates must be willing to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week.
· You will need to be able to work 2-3 closing shifts and at least 1 weekend shift.
- Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
- Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered
- Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures.
- Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required.
- Attend meetings and trainings in new techniques or treatments.
- Ability to work in a team setting environment.
- Possess the ability to work proactively and without direct supervision.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
· Handle guest’s issues and concerns professionally and courteously.
· Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring guest satisfaction.
· Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.
· Assist when needed in other areas of the spa as requested by management.
