Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Production Support Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily production, warehouse, and shipping/receiving operations by efficiently transferring materials, compiling parts, coordinating movement of work orders, and maintaining accurate inventory and documentation.
The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with multiple departments including Quality, Warehouse, Materials, and Production.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Receive, verify, and process incoming materials and shipments.

Read, understand, and follow work instructions and operational procedures.

Support daily production requirements by transferring and compiling parts efficiently and accurately.

Coordinate the movement of materials and work orders throughout the facility.

Work closely with Quality, Warehouse, Materials, and Production teams to meet operational goals and deadlines.

Audit and prepare parts in an efficient manner while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.

Communicate professionally with supervisors, managers, customers, and internal departments regarding shipment and part status.

Coordinate with offsite personnel regarding transportation and movement of work orders.

Assist in identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality requirements.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience:
Required
-
High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Previous experience in a warehouse, production, shipping, or receiving environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Basic math and accurate counting skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred

Forklift experience or certification.

Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.

Shipping, receiving, inventory control, or logistics experience.
