Litigation Associate – General Liability Defense (Hybrid | Boston, MA)
A well-established national litigation firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its General Liability Defense Practice Group in Boston, Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage an active caseload involving personal injury, premises liability, construction defect, product liability, trucking/transportation, and professional liability matters.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
- Conduct depositions, appear in court, and assist with trial preparation.
- Collaborate with supervising partners on strategy, case management, and client communications.
- Deliver high-quality legal work under deadlines in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Active license to practice law in Massachusetts.
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience on the defense side.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent organization, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership of assignments.
