Location: Raleigh, NC
Salary: $85,000-$125,000 base

Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an Estimator to their preconstruction team. Compensation & Benefits:
- $85,000-$125,000 base salary (DOE)

Requirements:
- 1-5 years' experience in estimating or preconstruction with a Commercial General Contractor
- Experience estimating CMAR and/or Design-Build commercial construction projects
- Experience working on K-12, Higher Education, Government and/or Healthcare projects
- Experience using Procore, Sage Accounting, and On-Screen Takeoff preferred
- Stable employment history demonstrating career progression
- Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, family-oriented environment
