Responsibilities
- Cutting stock material to size using horizontal and vertical saws
- Drilling beams, tubes angle and cannel on drill line
- Operate robotic 360 degree plasma cutting and etching machines
- CNC plasma plate burning
- Cut angle iron on CNC angle line
- Shear plate to size (20 ft and 12ft shear, 5/8 to 20 ton capacity).
- Operate CNC Press Brake to form various types of material.
Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and in steel processing equipment, preferably with saw, grinders, CNC equipment, and cranes.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
Physical Demands:
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle materials.
- Frequently required to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Exposure to loud noises, heavy machinery, and potentially hazardous materials in a manufacturing environment.
Work Environment:
- The position operates in a manufacturing or warehouse setting with exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
- May involve exposure to dust, dirt, and noise from machinery.
