ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers in a friendly manner
- Deliver exceptional customer service !
- Be knowledgeable of products and services offered
- Process incoming mail
- Process print service orders
- Provide shipping and packaging services
- Other assigned duties
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 yrs experience at packing and shipping retail.
- Eligibility to be a notary.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
- Outstanding phone skills
