In this role, you'll serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, craft innovative cocktails, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. We’re looking for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering outstanding guest relations.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages promptly using POS systems.
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques.
- Manage cash transactions accurately, process payments via POS systems, and handle cash handling with integrity.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling, beverage stations, and dining spaces in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, support bussing tables, and help host/hostess duties to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries promptly, and fostering positive guest relations throughout their visit.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or food industry setting; fine dining experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems.
- Demonstrated cocktail experience along with spirits knowledge; ability to craft a variety of drinks confidently.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours.
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude; previous host/hostess or bussing experience is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a lively hospitality environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
