Fuse Specialty Appliances & Plumbing is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to help ensure the smooth, efficient, and safe operation of our warehouse. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively to support operational goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and record inventory movements.
Order Fulfillment
- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare shipments according to order specifications.
- Ensure orders are completed and shipped in a timely manner.
Receiving & Storage
- Receive incoming shipments and inspect products for damage or shortages.
- Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
Shipping & Documentation
- Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing slips, and other required paperwork.
- Coordinate outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Warehouse Operations & Safety
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
- Properly handle and store products.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with warehouse team members, supervisors, and other departments to coordinate daily operations and resolve issues.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
Position is M-F 6:30 am - 3 pm
Job Type: Full-time
