Overview
Phoenix Pro Roofing is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. This position is responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling roof inspections, assisting customers, supporting the management team, and ensuring the office runs efficiently. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and enjoys providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule roof inspections and appointments.
- Assist customers by answering questions regarding our services and scheduling.
- Take detailed messages and relay them promptly to the appropriate manager or team member.
- Send customer invoices and payment requests.
- Collect customer payments by phone or in person.
- Follow up on past-due invoices and outstanding balances.
- Contact customers after project completion to request online reviews.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the company CRM.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
- Keep the office clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Support the office staff and management team with daily operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally.
Skills
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, and email.
- Ability to learn CRM and scheduling software.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
