COMPENSATION: PER ESPA AGREEMENT - $25.41/hour after 90-day probation
The Rose Tree Media School District is seeking caring, dependable, and student-centered individuals to serve as Paraprofessionals for the 2026–2027 school year. Paraprofessionals provide instructional, behavioral, and personal support to students in a variety of educational settings, including general education classrooms, special education programs, and one-to-one assignments. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, collaborates effectively with teachers and support staff, and is committed to helping all students achieve success in a positive and inclusive learning environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree, college coursework, or relevant experience working with children preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with students of varying ages, abilities, and learning needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
- Ability to follow instructional and behavioral plans under the direction of professional staff.
- Demonstrated patience, flexibility, and a commitment to supporting student growth and independence.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in working with students and families.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to utilize district technology systems as required.
Experience working in educational, childcare, recreational, or related settings preferred.
