Are you a hands-on leader who takes pride in maintaining high standards and leading by example? Hilton Garden Inn & Home2 Suites Madison Huntsville Airport is seeking an experienced Dual Chief Engineer to oversee the maintenance operations of both properties.

What You'll Do:
- Lead all maintenance and engineering operations for both hotels
- Develop and oversee preventative maintenance programs
- Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to brand standards
- Manage work orders, vendor relationships, and property improvement projects
- Maintain compliance with Hilton standards, safety regulations, and local codes
- Train, coach, and support maintenance team members
- Respond to maintenance emergencies and troubleshoot building systems as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Previous Chief Engineer or Assistant Chief Engineer experience required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, and general building maintenance
- Experience managing preventative maintenance programs
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Reliable references that demonstrate leadership, dependability, and integrity
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Hotel maintenance experience strongly preferred
