Apple Creek Health and Rehab is a beautiful 114 bed (all private rooms) facility and looking to add a dedicated Registered Nurse OR Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Department Head Team.
Weekly pay. Qualify for insurance/benefits in 30 day or less. Eligible for Holiday pay upon hire.
Our company is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse who is ready to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment and give optimal patient care. The RN or LPN will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of Medical Records. We're looking for an individual who is highly skilled in all aspects of nursing and understands our company's commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team.
- Monitor and supervise CNAs.
- Exceptional Organizational Skills.
- Documentation.
- Able to follow through when receiving orders from providers.
- Able to communicate with family members.
Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse will work 8hr shifts (8am-4:30pm). The schedule is Monday-Friday but does require and on-call rotation. Job includes maintaining medical records both EMR and soft files. Scanning in records, managing all orders, and ensuring all steps of ordering process has been completed. Assisting the MD/PA with requests. Assisting Director of Nursing as needed. Must be organized and detailed. Attention to detail is a must.
