PARC Home Care and PARC Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to assist patients in the Riverview area. This is a part time to full time position working amongst the two PARC divisions. This position combines outpatient Part B Rehab along with conventional Part A Home Care. With a workday that is flexible around your schedule, our program is perfect for people looking for a diverse and different working environment.
The Physical Therapist will assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs that improve patient mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities. This position plays a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions, working collaboratively with other members of the rehab team to deliver high-quality, individualized care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment and medical history.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and patient education to promote recovery.
- Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans in response to patient progress.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other care team members.
- Educate patients and families on home exercises and long-term wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with PARC Rehab and regulatory standards.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and professional environment for therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong manual therapy skills preferred
- Current state license (or eligible) to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or skilled nursing rehab settings preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: $50.00 - $120.00 per hour
