Hiring a part-time Associate who will delight customers by understanding their needs and finding the perfect cycling solutions. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, exceeding sales goals, and creating a fun environment. Bike Technician training is available for the right candidate!
This position offers the opportunity to grow and learn bicycle mechanics from experienced professionals.
What You'll Do
The role includes:

Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommending the right products and services.

Providing one-of-a-kind customer experiences through personalized interactions.

Contributing to the daily operations of the store, including inventory management and maintaining a clean environment.

Staying up-to-date on sales promotions, policies, and security procedures.

Performing vehicle rack system installations and safety checks.

Sharing knowledge of merchandise, its use, and care with customers.

Merchandising products according to sales plans.

Preparing merchandise for purchase or rental.

Selling merchandise, arranging for delivery, insurance, financing, or service contracts.

Carrying out other duties as needed.
Requirements
We are seeking candidates who:

Have previous bike shop sales experience, though not required.

Enjoy working in a team environment, focused on delivering excellent sales and service experiences.

Possess strong attention to detail.

Can maintain positive relationships with employees and customers.

Are interested in developing their skills and knowledge.

Are available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Can periodically lift 40 pounds.
