Position Summary
The Warehouse Manager owns the physical inputs, storage, accuracy, and outputs of inventory within Clearway's warehouse. The role is responsible for receiving, inspection, ERP receipt entry, put-away, warehouse organization, cycle counts, discrepancy investigation, and order picking.
This is a working-manager position that initially supervises one warehouse employee while participating directly in daily warehouse activities. The role reports to Clearway leadership and collaborates closely with the Inventory team, operations, and Supply Chain Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Own daily receiving, inspection, put-away, storage, cycle-counting, and order-picking processes.
- Verify inbound products against purchase orders and supporting documentation.
- Ensure receipts and warehouse movements are entered accurately in IQ Reseller ERP.
- Establish and maintain logical, clearly labeled inventory locations.
- Ensure orders are picked accurately and transferred to the appropriate shipping owner.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient warehouse.
Inventory Accuracy
- Maintain strong alignment between physical inventory and IQ Reseller ERP records.
- Create and manage a consistent cycle-count program.
- Investigate quantity, location, condition, and receiving discrepancies.
- Coordinate ERP corrections with the Inventory & Supply Chain Associate and leadership.
- Identify recurring sources of inventory variance and implement corrective actions.
- Support aged and slow-moving inventory reviews by confirming physical quantities, locations, and condition.
Team Leadership
- Supervise, train, prioritize, and review the work of one warehouse employee.
- Set clear daily and weekly expectations for warehouse activities.
- Promote accountability, accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Develop documented procedures for receiving, put-away, cycle counts, and picking.
- Plan labor and priorities around changing inventory volumes.
Process Improvement
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions.
- Develop scalable warehouse processes that support Clearway's continued growth.
- Track receiving accuracy, picking accuracy, inventory variances, and cycle-count completion.
- Partner across departments to improve inventory visibility and handoffs.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse, receiving, inventory control, distribution, or a related operation.
- Previous team-lead or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate inventory records and investigate discrepancies.
- Comfort working both as a manager and a hands-on member of the warehouse team.
- Experience with an ERP or warehouse inventory system; IQ Reseller experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and spreadsheet skills.
- Forklift experience or certification is preferred; certification can be obtained after hiring.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse.
- Ability to lift and move inventory safely, with assistance or equipment when appropriate.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment after completing required training.
- Ability to work full-time on-site at Clearway's Ada facility.

- Physical inventory consistently aligns with ERP records.
- Receiving, put-away, cycle counts, and order picks are accurate and timely.
- Warehouse locations are clearly labeled, organized, safe, and scalable.
- Discrepancies are investigated promptly and root causes are addressed.
- The warehouse employee receives clear direction, training, and accountability.
- Leadership has reliable visibility into warehouse activity and inventory accuracy.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
