Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Chemical
- Biomedical
- Biotechnology
- Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Regulatory Affairs
- or equivalent Life Sciences discipline
- Strong willingness to learn and positive professional attitude
- Willingness to relocate anywhere within the US for project assignments
- Recent graduates with or without prior experience are encouraged to apply
- Valid US work authorization:
- US Citizen / Green Card / EAD / OPT / CPT / TN

Compensation & Benefits
- 0–6 Months: $30/hour
- 6–12 Months: $33/hour
- After 12 Months: 70% of bill rate
- Employee health insurance (employee-only coverage)
- Nominal employee contribution toward health insurance deducted monthly
- Compensation increases are based on project duration, not overall tenure
