Front Desk Coordinator

What You'll Do
- Welcome every client with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and help guide clients through their visit.
- Keep the front desk running smoothly while supporting our stylists and team.
- Check clients in and out accurately and efficiently.
- Help with retail recommendations and answer client questions.
- Stay organized, anticipate what's needed, and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.
- Be part of creating the experience Mania Hair Studio is known for.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of salon or spa front desk experience.
- Experience with Meevo or Millennium salon software is strongly preferred. Candidates with experience using other salon or spa management software are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and team-first mindset.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys making people feel welcome.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Day shifts
- Minimum one evening per week
- Weekend availability required

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
