MISSION

As the Packing & Distribution Supervisor, you ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time. You lead evening fulfillment operations, support and develop team members, and maintain the standards of quality, safety, and hospitality that define the PERC experience. As the senior leader on shift, you are trusted to make sound decisions, solve problems independently, and ensure operations run smoothly from handoff to close.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fulfillment Operations
- Lead daily order fulfillment activities including picking, packing, labeling, and staging shipments
- Coordinate workflow and labor allocation to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Monitor order accuracy, fulfillment quality, and operational efficiency
- Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks to maintain productivity
- Ensure all orders are prepared and shipped according to established standards
- Shift Leadership
- Serve as the primary operational leader during evening hours
- Set priorities and direct team activities throughout the shift
- Make independent operational decisions and escalate issues when appropriate
- Provide clear communication and direction to team members
- Foster a positive, accountable, and safety-focused work environment
- Team Development
- Train new team members on fulfillment processes and procedures
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support performance and development
- Reinforce company policies, procedures, and workplace expectations
- Promote teamwork, efficiency, and operational excellence
- Shift Handoffs & Communication
- Receive and execute work priorities communicated by the day shift
- Prepare workstations, inventory, and production areas for the following day's operations
- Maintain accurate end-of-shift logs and operational updates
- Communicate inventory concerns, equipment issues, and operational challenges to management
- Safety, Security & Facility Management
- Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and security standards
- Ensure proper use and care of equipment and workspaces
- Secure inventory, materials, and facility access points at the conclusion of each shift
- Perform end-of-shift facility lock-up procedures
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

WORK LOCATION/STRUCTURE
- Based out of PERC’s production and fulfillment facility
- Sunday thru Thursday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- Functions as the senior operational leader during evening hours Requires consistent communication through shift handoffs and operational reporting
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, production, or distribution environments
- Prior experience leading or coordinating teams preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with inventory systems, fulfillment software, or warehouse management systems preferred
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Sheets and Docs
- Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift
