About the role
Responsible for leading, planning, organizing, and directing all daily production/warehouse related activities.
- This is a temp to perm position, with 30-day probationary period.
- Pay is weekly and OT is available
Responsibilities
- Provide feedback on employee work performance.
- Prepares reports and updates for upper management.
- Ability to investigate problems and strategize for better solutions.
- Ensures team members understand all warehouse operations and safety regulations.
- Assist team members with warehouse procedures that account for product flow and inventory management.
- Provides leadership and motivation to attain high levels of team member achievement.
Essential Skills
- 2 to 3 years related experience or equivalent.
- Prior experience in automotive.
- Good time-management skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in leading teams.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Understand and respond to a diverse population.
- Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver.
- Relevant training/certification in production or any related field.
