Position Overview
Critical Response Protection Group LLC (CRPG) is seeking a professional and reliable Armed and Unarmed Security Officers to join our team. This position requires a strong security presence, adherence to post orders, and the ability to respond effectively to incidents while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible and professional armed security presence
- Enforce post orders, company policies, and client directives
- Monitor assigned areas to deter criminal activity and ensure safety
- Conduct patrols (foot and/or vehicle as required)
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner
- Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports
- Communicate with supervisors and clients as needed
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License (DL)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
- Armed Security Guards must possess active Pennsylvania Act 235 Certification
- Prior Military, law enforcement, or one year security experience
- Additional training or certifications (e.g., CPR/AED, defensive tactics, de-escalation training)
- Experience working in high-visibility or client-facing environments
