We're looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. This person has a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, a problem-solving mindset, and great attention to detail. Other desirable traits include good written and verbal communication, ability to multitask, being a team player, and the ability to quickly adapt to change. This role is the A/R front line in ensuring excellent customer service experience to both internal and external customers of Locke Supply.

With a 45-acre complex in Oklahoma City, supplying over 190 locations, Locke is a premium supplier in the Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC markets.

What are the requirements?

High School Diploma or equivalent

1 year of Customer Service/Call center experience

Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Customer service driven.

Detail oriented with well-developed organizational skills and ability to utilize time efficiently.
