Service Parts Coordinator Wanted: Keep Things Moving, No Excuses
If you think “I’ll figure it out tomorrow” is a valid plan, or tracking a part feels like rocket science—stop right here. This isn’t a desk job for the faint of heart.
But if you thrive on keeping things organized, love making sure techs have what they need, and enjoy giving customers updates that actually mean something, we want to talk.
What You’ll Do:
- Hunt down parts like a pro—order, track, and make sure everything lands in the right hands on time.
- Keep customers in the loop without overpromising (they’ll thank you, trust us).
- Schedule appointments like a logistics wizard—text, call, coordinate, repeat.
- Make field techs look like superheroes by making sure they never show up empty-handed.
- Handle same-day orders like a boss so nothing slows down service.
- Keep our parts spreadsheet updated daily—because chaos is only fun in video games.
- Flag delays longer than two weeks like a radar—let logistics and management know before it becomes a problem.
What You Need:
- An eagle eye for details—wrong parts = frustrated techs = unhappy customers.
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
- Phone, text, and Teams skills that impress.
- A “let’s get it done” attitude, even under pressure.
- A sense of humor
- HVAC or plumbing experience? Not required—but if you’ve got it, it’s a huge bonus. You’ll hit the ground running and understand the parts game like a pro.
The Reward:
- A paycheck that makes your bills disappear (almost).
- A team that has your back when things get hectic.
- Growth opportunities—if you crush it, we notice.
